Help & Support

Chem is a lot like the dating apps you’re used to - filtering, swiping, and matching work just the way you expect. What’s unique is the all-video interface, and the fact that you can’t upload anything external. That means you’re swiping through a feed of eligible people that you know are real. You’ll get the hang of it, don’t worry.

Chem will launch in Chicago in Q4 of 2026. Secure your spot on the homepage and we’ll send an update when the app is live. For those outside of Chicago, you can still sign up and we’ll let you know when chem is available in your area.

Chem will be completely free at the pilot stage, and early adopters can expect free rewards and benefits once premium features become available.
